whaaa happened?

for some reason, my body has decided that it'd be fun to get sick in January for the past few years in a row. maybe it's winding down from the holidays and winding back up at work, i dunno.

i've got an allergy or cold right now that has just knocked me on my ass. well, on my back. hello, bed. i think i've been up and out of bed an average of 2 times each of the past 4 days. no fun. i was actually ready to give this joint lab meeting thingy this past friday but instead, will have to try to come up with some more data before my next turn comes up. arggh.

anyhow, i've now been in an upright position for more than an hour and i think that's quite enough for the day. Vegas beckons later this week, and i must rest my throat for Trogdor calls.
