whaaa happened?

i made it back from my Italy trip late last thursday...barely eeked out of Chicago before the snow came down harder and was met by a happy Gouda at the airport.

no matter where i go or how long i've been gone, it is almost always nice to be home. this was no exception, but i do wish i had longer to visit in Italy and see my friends Cindy and Nicole.

the trip was awesome - i will be posting photos on my flickr as i get them sorted and labeled. i haven't decided how i'll sort them - by day, by site visited, by city...any suggestions? i did manage to get a pretty good selection of sign pictures, so they'll either be joining my current "signs" set or if they'll have a set of their own. i'm leaning towards the latter.
