no hockey until march
i came to a decision on sunday night - well, to put it more correctly, a group of kind, level-headed and well meaning friends decided for me on sunday night - that my hockey season is over. true, it never started, but to be practical, i'm going to skip the rest of this season and wait until next season to come back.
bummer, because i was SO looking forward to skating with so many of my friends. however, i'm realizing that this is the smart, adult thing to do. i can rest my shoulder some more, tell myself that i'm going to exercise to get back into game shape (who am i kidding?), and hopefully not worry when i do return.
so if i don't see you in Vegas at the end of the month, so long until evals for the spring/summer season!
