cheeeeese!

Viv has me thinking of a cheddah-meter: the type of cheddar i am reflects my mood. then she had the brilliant idea of making it like the sesame street terror alert levels. at first i thought there wouldn't be enough varieties, but now i need to whittle down! and once whittled and refined, i need to make a shirt!

thus far, roughly from top to bottom on the scale:
but, where does white cheddar fit in? (naturally, i'm pale yellow. narf). and Vermont cheddar? Wisconsin? while thinking about this, i came across cheese in science. cool.

normally when i see white cheddar it's sharp or extra sharp. and really either way, it's still perfect.
