oooh, 6 whole hours of work today! honestly, it felt like about 14, but it was a heck of a lot better than lying in bed on a hot day.
i do miss out on an opportunity to learn a cool technique from some folks up at Stanford...but on the good side, i don't have to drive there for 21 or so days straight!
USA hockey registration: in!
NCWHL registration: in!
i'm shooting for that 6-8 week return period but know that i have to be patient. minor setback over the weekend from doing a bit too much on friday, but nothing that a little rest, ice, and ice cream won't heal. :-)
oh, and i get to use a hockey stick for part of my PT! well, my therapist suggested a cane, but when i suggested hockey stick, she laughed and admitted that yes, a hockey stick would work too.
