not much going on
last week was a normal one, again. nice to not have the unexpected pop up.
this past weekend was a good one - got in lots of naps, went through and organized some photos, and finished reading the final Potter book early this morning. i'm gonna keep the reading light for now, though i do have some of those know-i should-read-but-don't-necessarily-want-to-because-they'll-make-me-sad books.
what did make me sad was when i realized i was driving back to santa cruz yesterday when my red team was playing in belmont. oh, how i miss Lake belmont!
i did some surgeries on Maddy's toys this weekend - had to sew an ear back onto puppy #3 and take the defunct honker out of her duck. Mads was quite pleased to get her duck back, even if it squeaks instead of honking.
