whaaa happened?

hope everyone had a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season. i did a pretty good job of doing not a whole lot (except being sick for a while). got through 4 books and pretty much avoided email, the internet, and yeah, my little ol' blog here.

went to the Sharks game last night and the (insert sponsor here) raffle/prize thingy at the beginning of the game was $1k to the contestant should the Sharks score a shortie in the 1st period. so, i sent Red a message saying that if the Sharks scored a shortie in the 1st, i'd buy myself my very own da Cheat doll. well, no shorthanded goal, but it was ok since i might get to visit with the Cheat at ncwhl games.

i got another message from Red with a brilliant suggestion: 4 in the net, da Cheat you get! i said sure, good deal. well, the final score was 5-2 Sharkies. after the 4th goal, while folks around me where chanting "pi-zza!" i chated "da Cheat!" he should arrive within 5-7 days.
