how does this happen?
sometimes i amaze even myself with my stupidity. actually, i'm not sure if that is the right word for this particular occasion, but since it's definitely applied before, i'll go with it.
i had a pretty normal day on friday. it was super busy but normal. no odd events or strange occurrences. but i woke up early on saturday morning and, while rolling over in bed, noticed that my right (a.k.a. never broken before) ankle hurt like i had sprained it. odd, but probably a dream. i woke up to start the day and weird, my right ankle still hurt. tender to the touch, minimal swelling, but definitely sprained. i have no idea how this happened. no idea at all. so, after going to work for a good chunk of the day, i came home and began the treatment of RICE.
decided not to go to work today and have been going along with more RICE. i'm more than perplexed as to how this happened, but i'm also getting a little annoyed with it. i mean, come on, i'm clumsy enough on my own to hurt myself but to now add injuries that have no logical explanation? grrrrrrrrr.
at least da Cheat is here to keep me company.
