whaaa happened?

so i was due for my 2 year, "free" upgrade to a new cell phone. i had been happy with my old phone, but somewhat annoyed that there was dust in the outside display for 18 months and nothing could be done about that. so sure, i'll try a new phone. i wanted one that had a regular headphone jack so i could use the headsets i already have...of course, everything now is bluetooth enabled, but the salesperson threw in a "free" headset so i bit. i was sold because there was an adapter that would also let me use my existing headsets. the bluetooth headset works fine but even at max volume, voices don't come through clearly. maybe that's why it was free. but the adapter? SUCKS. makes it sound like the person i'm talking to is on a different planet. but what sucks most about a the phone is moving/updating contacts and realizing that i don't need to put my grandma's phone number in my new phone.
