whaaa happened?

scary to think of it this way, but i've been working in this department (and more specifically, in this building) for almost 8 years now. having not changed much in the past decade (or more), i'm usually seen walking around in shorts, a t-shirt, and more often than not some form of Giants hat on my head.

i walked into the little "kitchenette" area on my floor just now to heat up some pizza for lunch. someone who has been here and known me for my entire 8 years just said to me "you are an A's fan, right?"

this as i look down at my Giants sweatshirt. i said that i was more of a Giants fan, and she said "oh, i knew you liked baseball, but for some reason i thought you were a huge A's fan". hmmmm. i guess it isn't completely logical that some people know me as "you know, the Giants fan".
