i am a jackass
i still haven't seen the first jackass movie, but i find the show very amusing.
actually, let me clarify. i find the stunts and pranks HILARIOUS, but can't stand the throwing up/eating parts. so i love maybe 70% of jackass.
anyhow, i was convinced to go see j-dos last thursday at midnight. it was quite an experience. i have to admit that at time i laughed so hard i was literally crying. there were also times that i was thoroughly disgusted by what i saw. fortunately, the laughing fits greatly outnumbered the episodes of disgust.
the theater was very crowded, probably in part because classes on campus had just started that day and there were no exams or anything the next day. lots of angry youth roamed the streets downtown at 11...and in hordes. not just couples or groups of 5-6 walking about. more than 5 groups of >12 people just aimlessly walking around. i guess that's another sign that i'm getting old!
