whaaa happened?

all right, so there's been this frog living in my neighbor's yard for at least 2 months now. at first it was cute - ooh, little froggy croaking away. but, my neighbor's yard is right next to the deck that is off of my bedroom. not so cute after a few nights.

then it really stopped being cute after countless nights of waking of up to this stupid creature ribbit-ing away at all hours of the late night and early morning. i'd fall asleep to the sound of this thing. playing the radio or music doesn't help - the sound penetrates through my door and over the music/radio. well, many more nights later and after having yet another friggin' frog join the original one, i'm ready for these frogs to croak. die. cease to exist.

i'm usually an animal lover. i'm mostly a gentle person. but trust me, no matter how much you love frogs, if you heard these damn creatures every night like i have, you'd be ready to kill them with your own hands. (funny aside: Sawyer on "Lost" killed a frog a few episodes ago, and i had a dream that he came and did the same to these.)

okay, so the second frog has been here for about 2 weeks now. at first i thought they'd happily go off to find some new froggy home, but no...they took up residence right where the first frog was. how my neighbors deal with these creatures i have no idea. even if they really like frogs, it'd be hard to imagine someone enjoying all of the noise they make.

a few nights ago the frogs decided to start croaking in unison. a little froggy song. well, i've decided that it's the frogs gettin' it on. it's too rhythmic for just passive croaking. nothing like falling asleep to the sound of frogs having sex. and, right on cue, there they go again...

anyone have any idea how to kill a frog? or how to get it to leave it's current home? GRRRRRRRRRRR!
