welcome, Alyssa and Amy!
got to see Karrie and Joe's twins yesterday afternoon - Amy and Alyssa, born just 9 minutes apart on saturday night. so many things are amazing to me:
that Karrie, who i've known for 25+ years, is a mom.
that 2 little girls (~6 pounds each) can be so perfect.
that i held them, fed them, and changed them before they were even 2 days old.
i don't even know what else to say. i'm not one that generally believes in miracles, and it's a cliche, but each baby that is born is truly a little miracle. i love nature, and i love how science makes nature tick. or is it the other way around?
