2007: R shoulder arthroscopic acromioplasty and partial CA ligament release
2008: R shoulder acromioplasty, long head of biceps tendon release, and labral debride.
2011: R distal clavicle resection, anterior capsulorrhaphy, extensive scar tissue removal.

Haven't you heard - contaminated beef panties are a serious threat. They can cause yeast infections, give you chlamydia, and I've heard if you're not careful they can even impregnate you. ;)
