of corn and wombats
my friends rock. i had been complaining about how i couldn't find candy corn anywhere. actually, i had gotten really carried away with my candy corn obsession, but they were nice and smiled and nodded. :-)
i got to my green game last night and was getting dressed when i hear Susan say "hey Cheddah!" i turn around and a bag of candy corn comes flying my way. woooohooooo! it made for a nice pregame snack and sugar rush! thanks Susan! and great job in goal - i would have easily given up 3 times as many goals.
we went for some in-n-out after the game and as we were leaving, Andrea herds me off to her car. not just 2 bags of candy corn, but also a shirt from Australia and the cutest little wombat you've ever seen. i drove home with him on my lap for a while until i realized i was going to crash because i was playing with him. so i gave him to Justin and TQ, who kept him occupied until we got home. thanks, Andrea and Liz!
