one more day!
should be able to make it to monterey tomorrow. we are in winnemucca (nevada) tonight but since i can't seem to ever remember the name of the city, i call it 'whack-a-mole-a'. there are mini casinos right next to the hotel, but after 13 hours of driving today (and still reeling emotionally, i think), we're simply going to call it a night and hope to get a relatively early start tomorrow.
didn't see any of either game, but both the red sox and sharks managed to disappoint. slightly a more crucial loss for the sox, but i was hoping for a good showing from mi tiburones.
that's it, i'm out.
