suffering and sadness
i am still in shock over what has happened in the gulf coast. i have a friend who lives in New Orleans and i haven't been able to find out if he and his wife are all right. from what i've seen, their house is completely submerged in water.
it's hard to think that any small amount that i've donated can help out, but the red cross already has my donation and so does the humane society. if you can in any way, please consider donating to any of these foundations to help those affected by this tremendous disaster.
