just got back from the ucsf trip - nuttin' but good news! of course, there wasn't really anything the doctor was going to tell us that we didn't already know from my dad's doctor at home, but this visit was a standard part of the protocol and the folks up in SF were glad to see for themselves that my dad is doing well.
he's tired, after getting up at 7:30 this morning to get to the appointment at 10 on time, but aside from that he's in good spirits. my folks are heading back to monterey as we speak, and then i'm sure there will be much tv watching and napping.
same for me, except replace tv watching and napping with playing TonyHawkPS2. :-)
