i am such an idiot

how i pulled a muscle in my shoulder while drying my hair is beyond me.

i can understand if i did this playing hockey, even tossing and turning in my sleep. or just walking.

but while drying my hair? sheesh.

heh, beats my stupid pull when i slipped stepping off our bench to do the handshake and grabbed onto the wall. =D

Or my concussion, which happened when I caught an edge. All by myself, just me, the goalie and my brand-new concussion.
