2007: R shoulder arthroscopic acromioplasty and partial CA ligament release
2008: R shoulder acromioplasty, long head of biceps tendon release, and labral debride.
2011: R distal clavicle resection, anterior capsulorrhaphy, extensive scar tissue removal.

got so excited about Viv guestcoaching tonight that as i was proclaiming my joy to her, i got this message from iChat:

"The AIM service could not send the message: You have sent too much data too quickly. Please wait a little while before sending more."
