LoTech redux
Red is aghast about the "required" change of directions at public skate last week at LoTech. what was more amazing to me was not the directional change, which forced me to work on left-over-right crossovers, but the voice from above. and i'm not talking about a "Field of Dreams" voice.
about 15 seconds after someone sat on the bench, the voice said "please do not sit on the player benches".
if anyone clustered and stood to talk, the voice said "please do not stand in the way of others". this one was great - it just caused Liz to skate directly behind me and tell me "you are in my way". it was awesome.
i wonder if the voice will return.
