eh?

i keep hearing this commercial on the radio during the Giants games and i am somewhat baffled. it's an opportunity to enroll in a trial for a treatment for high blood pressure. the "narrator" (who sounds a bit like tom shane) reads that you may be eligible "if you have high blood pressure or have been diagnosed with having high blood pressure."

um, i'm sorry. aren't those the same things?
