whaaa happened?

so even though i've seen Axel recently i've been lazy and haven't written anything about him, which is a shame because he's just the cutest thing ever and he deserves it.

TQ and i babysat on tuesay so Lily could go out to dinner for her birthday...with her husband! imagine that. Axel was so cute. he just danced around when he saw us and now he's sorta able to say TQ's name. it used to come out as "tree trunk" and then progressed to "tip knee". well, now she's "tiff knee" and i'm "djaana" instead of cheddah. actually, thanks to my little buddy, i'll always be cheddah.

anyhow, we had fun feeding him pizza and then ice cream. this boy chowed - he ate 3 pieces of pizza. we read books, played with trains, ran around the house, played hide and seek, and danced to nursery rhymes. well, Axe-man did the last one, i didn't. he didn't want to go to bed. just when i thought he was ready to go to sleep (he could hardly stand up straight), he got his second wind and ran around again. he had fun throwing toys into the tub, then putting them back into their bag while saying "clean up, clean up". when his parents came home, he was thrilled. TQ and i both got kisses goodnight and waves goodbye as he went upstairs.

Grant (his dad) told TQ that when Axel asked for us both when he woke up the next morning. awwww!
