2007: R shoulder arthroscopic acromioplasty and partial CA ligament release
2008: R shoulder acromioplasty, long head of biceps tendon release, and labral debride.
2011: R distal clavicle resection, anterior capsulorrhaphy, extensive scar tissue removal.

in the words of Napoleon Dynamite, that is me. a freaking idiot. i managed to cut my left index finger at quite a nice angle this morning when i was slicing a bagel.
