whaaa happened?

following the GAB (great ankle break) and beyond...
2007: R shoulder arthroscopic acromioplasty and partial CA ligament release
2008: R shoulder acromioplasty, long head of biceps tendon release, and labral debride.
2011: R distal clavicle resection, anterior capsulorrhaphy, extensive scar tissue removal.

yowza! nerves are weird

lately when i ice my ankle, as soon as i apply the ice, i get this sharp, shooting (NOT sharpshooting) pain in my knee. gotta love those nerves that are finding their bearings again!
