some good came out of today...
despite frequent urges to throw my work computer out the window, i did manage to get some work done. though my plans were foiled yesterday because of the broken cryostat, i did manage to get to those things that have piled up for a day like today. filling in notebooks, taking pictures of slides, organizing pictures on the stooopid computer, de-cluttering my desk, and cleaning my bench. more to be done tomorrow, which should be fine. this work is good for rainy days.

tee hee...not as much as that one, but ironically i do refer to it as R2D2! "hey, does R2 have enough liquid nitrogen in him?" :-)
