whaaa happened?

following the GAB (great ankle break) and beyond...
2007: R shoulder arthroscopic acromioplasty and partial CA ligament release
2008: R shoulder acromioplasty, long head of biceps tendon release, and labral debride.
2011: R distal clavicle resection, anterior capsulorrhaphy, extensive scar tissue removal.

yay, the weekend!

went home over the weekend (26th - 28th) to get babied. so nice just walking into the kitchen and having a meal ready. or to say "i want something to drink" and not have to hobble to the refrigerator to get it, then only fill the cup halfway for fear of spilling the drink while i'm moving to my destination.

life is good when you're being taken care of!
